  Front retail staff is always great and friendly. Pharmacy Staff : Entirely different story. I called 5 hours in advance to have a Rx transferred from another CVS location for pick up here and because I had a time-crunched day. I was told at 8AM that they would call the other store and it would be available for pick up here. When I showed up at 1PM, the technician was extremely rude, made me walk over to the register that she happened to be standing closest to instead of meeting me where I had been waiting to talk to someone, claimed that no one talked to me that morning, made me announce out loud within earshot of others in the waiting area the name of my medication (very private info), and said that I would just have to wait. While not representative of my other experiences with CVS, I recommend strongly not utilizing the pharmacy at this Mansfield location.

  The store staff is courteous and pharmacy staff is the best team they have had in many years. Accepts my insurance and RX pricing is not too high. Refills always on time.
