  Terrible customer service! I was at home all day and I never heard a knock or the doorbell. I later received a text from a friend stating that my delivery was unsuccessful. Instead of knocking on my door, I received a phone call. This was suppose to be a surprise so why would I answer a unknown phone call? I am highly upset and the only thing they could offer was next day delivery. I kindly asked for a refund because my friend paid for my arrangement to be delivered today (Valentine’s Day). Plus I did not want to stay at home all day again for the carrier not to knock or ring my doorbell.
