  4 years with tmobile and service is getting worse along with coverage. i have already been forced to drop 2 lines and move them to att. tmobile doesnt work good in the dallas fort worth area either. to top everything off t mobile gives you a plan for which you pay for. then makes changes so you loose service you are paying for then says they will give it back next billing cycle for free. so i pay for something i am not getting. it gets better, t mobile makes changes every 30 days to plans so its a perpetyal cycle of calling and spending 20 to 30 hours a month with customer service. last 12 months have been like this and i seriously dont think it will be getting based on news coming out of t mobiles corporate. on average in last 12 months i have called t mobile 5 times a week and on average 6 hours per week. so if you have a family or a life think twice. better off with att or verizon. wouldnt recomend sprint as t mobile is looking to merge which means more problems and countless hours with a call center.
